New Cake Decorating course

We are happy to invite you to our second cake decorating course. This time the course will be focused on basic skills in cake decorating. You will learn all that you need to know to start this wonderful art directly from the hand of one of the best professional: Claudia Beherens from Munich _ Germany ( to see her designs: www.flickr.com/photos/cakesbysugargirl/)
She will share all her technics, tricks and secrets to get the best result in your designs.

The course will be held for two days where you will elaborate these two wonderful projects:

*Note: the castle model does not include princess.

All the materials are included and every student will be able to take his finished work home.
In the course you will learn:

• Preparation of Fondant
• Preparation of gumpaste
• Dye the fondant
• Management of basic tools.
• How to cover dummies ( around and square ).
• How to cover a cake board
• How to stack two layers cake.
• And much more!!

Course cost: 445 CHF. All materials supplied – promotional price 400 CHF. Until March 1 th.

Date: April 9 th. and 10th of April 2011

Time: Saturday : 9:30 – 17:30 Sunday : 9:30 – 16:30
(30 minutes for lunch) lunch is not provided, only some cookies and drinks.
